History

Rodriguez has over fifty-five years experience in the design and construction industry.  While working on various high profile projects in Texas and New York, Mr. Rodriguez built an expansive understanding on every aspect of a project, from securing finances, to managing the design and construction processes, to project closeout, including finalizing all project costs and commitments. Ozzie completed the Harold Washington Library project as part of the program management team in the fall of 1990 and ambitiously started his firm to provide Construction Management/Owner’s Representations services in the metropolitan Chicago area. Now, twenty-eight years later, Rodriguez and Associates, Inc. has developed and sustained its strong program and project management practices with some of the largest public agencies and private corporations in Chicago.
